Customer satisfaction
Our policy is to offer a personal and excellent service to our customers thus our
website is updated frequently. A situation can however occur whereby a painting has
already been sold. Therefore it is important to contact us for confirmation of
availability prior to processing payment.
Once you have made your choice these are the 4 steps to follow:
- Forward an email to us with your contact details and specify the name of the artist and title of the painting along with your address so we can obtain quote for postage and shipping.
- We respond to your request promptly with a pro-forma invoice via email
- Using PayPal in our payment section, you will be able to pay in the amount due on the invoice. For your convenience we have linked to XE.com, for currency conversion.
- Once payment has been received, shipping arrangements will be made. We will inform you of estimated delivery time.
Once you have received your goods, you are entitled to 2 weeks return policy. Please refer to our return policy section.
TaxAll prices are listed including danish VAT (Special VAT appliccaple to sales of art).
Any other taxes or import duties relating to the purchase, are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Danish Arts can not at any stage be held liable for
additional taxes, duties or import charges. |
