How it works
As a Danish Arts customer, you have 2 weeks right to return the goods from the day of receipt by following the procedure outlined below:
- Contact Danish Arts within the 2 weeks of receipt to inform us of your decision
- Return goods in exactly the same condition as you received them using a reputable shipping company
- Use original wrapping to protect the paintings
- The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges
Once the goods have been received in original and mint condition, a full refund for the purchase will be made to your account. Please note that none of the postage / shipping costs of any import taxes in your own country will be refunded.
If for any reason goods are returned to Danish Arts damaged or in otherwise poor condition there will be no full or part refund of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
